Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Social Media Strategy & Growth to oversee social media strategy and on-platform growth across its portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying the strengths & weaknesses of each client's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, creating audience & revenue growth strategies, and working closely with key staff members and creator teams to ensure the proper execution of action items. Our ideal candidate is an expert of each platform's respective best practices, who understands how to reach a client's ideal subscriber/follower and is adept at directing content strategy that will resonate with existing and new potential audiences. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, data-driven individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment, with a proven track record of experience and success.A Snapshot Of Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement & oversee social media strategy and on-platform monetization for a portfolio of large (1M+ Follower) pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XActivate and optimize on-platform revenue surfaces (Reels Play, in-stream video ads, and other monetizable formats), and incorporate video content produced for TV, podcasting and YouTube into the social strategy to drive new revenueMaintain expert knowledge of each platform's monetization policies & best practices while building strong relationships with platform representatives at Meta, TikTok and X.Direct creator and production teams on day-to-day content strategy, posting cadence and platform best practices, while assisting with hands-on page management as neededSet-up, manage, analyze and scale social content campaigns that encourage greater audience participation & growth across owned channelsContinuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement, growth and conversionsPrepare and deliver regular performance reports across all clients and platforms, conducting deep-dive analysis on what is working, what is underperforming, and where teams should be doubling downManage the execution of paid social campaigns & promotional campaigns, and support the social sales team on the ad ops execution of branded content integrationsWhat You Will NeedSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects & campaigns simultaneously5+ years' experience managing social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X for personalities or businessesA verifiable track record of successfully growing social reach & revenue across multiple platformsExpert-level proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and platform-native analytics, plus working knowledge of cross-platform analytics toolsThe ability to edit video and create graphics for social media platforms is a plusPre-existing relationships with relevant social network connections (e.g. platform representatives and partner managers at Meta, TikTok and X) is a nice to haveExcellent copywriting and proofreading skillsAn interest in current events and podcast and digital media contentWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
