Dietary Aide – Vasona Creek Healthcare part time $17-19 per hour Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our compassionate care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our residents' daily lives by ensuring they receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a supportive environment Role Overview You will assist in the preparation and service of resident meals while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen safety and cleanliness. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork and helping others. Key Responsibilities Assist with tray assembly and serve meals respectfully to residents.Meal Service: Support food prep and portioning according to dietary guidelines.Preparation: Maintain a clean kitchen, dining area, and service station.Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.Compliance: Qualifications Prior food service experience preferred (healthcare experience is a major plus).Experience: Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices.Knowledge: Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.Skills: Dependable, positive attitude, and a passion for senior care.Mindset: Join our mission to provide excellence in care.
