ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a golf professional before retiring from that career and transitioning into the insurance industry with Farm Bureau. I later became a State Farm team member and eventually took over an agency of my own. I'm a proud Campbell University graduate, married with a 14-year-old child, and enjoy traveling, golfing, and following sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Blake Burd - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
