Full Time Maintenance Tech in Senior Living

Lathrop Community TechnicianLathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, has an opening for a full time technician to join the team that maintains our campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. This position is 40 hours a week, fully benefited, at $21-23/hour.You will be a key part of a central department at Lathrop, you will form relationships with staff, residents, and vendors while using and building upon your technical skills to improve and maintain the physical environment for all community members.What you'll bring:Basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity,Interior and exterior painting skillsSafe use of power toolsValid driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance companyThis is a special opportunity to join a mission-driven organization in a position that allows you to use your expertise in the trades and maintenance in service of an aging population.
