MJ Motorsports is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant and Social Media Marketing Specialist. This position combines automotive sales, customer service, and digital marketing to help grow our brand and increase vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

Sales Duties

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding buying experience.
• Answer questions regarding vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process.

Social Media & Marketing Duties

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Photograph and record videos of incoming inventory.
• Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries.
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor online reviews and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Valid driver's license required.
