You’ll source successful, career‑changing professionals, earn their attention, and influence them to take a serious look at one of the best careers in financial services. This is proactive, outbound recruiting — closer to sales than to HR — and your results are measured and rewarded. Compensation Base salary $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus an uncapped performance bonus earned on results. Target total compensation at plan is $120,000–$140,000+ — the bonus is uncapped, so top performers earn beyond the range.
