Position: UV Cutter

Type: Full-Time, Must work Saturdays & Sundays. 2 consecutive days off during the week. 3:00pm-11:30 with possible overtime

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 depending on Experience

Location: [Henderson] no bus available at 11:30pm.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UV CUtter to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating VUND or MATIC machines and a strong understanding of large-format print workflows, color management, and finishing processes. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality graphics for signage, retail displays, event environments, and other wide-format applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain VUTEK large format printers , ensuring optimal performance and print quality.

• Prepare, RIP, and manage print files using industry-standard software.

• Inspect finished prints for accuracy, color consistency, and defects.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on printing equipment.

• Manage materials such as roll media, rigid substrates, and inks.

• Collaborate with production staff to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in large-format digital printing.

• Required: Hands-on experience operating VUND or MATIC cutter machines (please specify models worked with).

Key Duties:

• Import and prepare digital cut files using software like Zünd Cut Center.
• Load sheet or roll materials (vinyl, cardboard, acrylic, foam) onto the machine bed.
• Select proper routing and v-cutting blades, then run production jobs.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and perform routine machine maintenance

Preferred Skills

• Experience with finishing equipment ( VUND, MATIC, cutters, & CNC , etc.)..

• Experience in a fast-paced print production environment.​‌
