Senior Project Manager

The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will drive the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance our enterprise strategy. The Sr. PM serves as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring that complex projects deliver measurable value while maintaining rigorous governance standards. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that shape the future of the organization by operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating enterprise priorities into well-governed, outcome-driven project delivery.

Salary Range: $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification (if not currently held, must obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Experience with modern PM/PPM tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project/Planner, ServiceNow).
• Strong executive communication skills ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable narratives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Copilot, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and with shifting priorities.
• Possess proactive problem-solving skills with the awareness of using tools to maximize productivity
