We’re partnering with a leading multidisciplinary design firm to identify a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, proposal development, and business development initiatives in its Denver office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate with firm leadership, technical professionals, and a broader marketing team to develop persuasive proposals, strengthen market positioning, and support new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can confidently manage projects from initial strategy through final production.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead proposal development: Coordinate the full proposal lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ responses, interview presentations, schedules, assignments, and deliverables.
\n
• Develop pursuit strategies: Collaborate with marketing leadership and studio leaders to develop proposal strategies, key messages, differentiators, and win themes.
\n
• Manage design and production: Lead the layout, design, and production of lengthy, complex proposal documents and presentations.
\n
• Support business development: Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with technical staff, leadership, and external teaming partners to gather information and develop compelling marketing materials.
\n
• Edit and refine content: Perform advanced editing, proofreading, and quality reviews to ensure materials are clear, accurate, persuasive, and error-free.
\n
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure proposals, presentations, case studies, and other communications align with established brand, voice, and editorial standards.
\n
• Contribute to marketing content: Assist with the development of project case studies, thought leadership pieces, and other written communications.
\n
• Promote best practices: Serve as a resource for proposal processes, tools, and standards while helping improve the quality and consistency of deliverables.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal development, or business development.
\n
• Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including hands-on experience creating and managing lengthy documents in Adobe InDesign.
\n
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and producing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and interview presentations.
\n
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual communication skills.
\n
• Understanding of proposal strategy, pursuit planning, and effective business development practices.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across teams and offices.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, architecture, or a related field preferred.
\n
• Architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry experience is a plus.
\n
• Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or HubSpot CRM is a plus.
\n

Work Environment & Schedule

\n

\n
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
\n
• Hybrid schedule with three days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday) and two remote days (Monday and Friday).
\n
• This position will serve as the primary marketing professional in the Denver office while working closely with a larger, collaborative marketing department.
\n
