Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their emotional and relational challenges, including the evaluation of mood disorder symptoms.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that client preferences and goals are prioritized.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on specific issues such as divorce and relationship counseling, while actively monitoring client progress.

  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, coping mechanisms, and vital self-care practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to holistically address the medical and emotional needs of clients.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and stay updated on the latest research in mental health.

  • Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the healthcare system, working to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services.

The focus of this role is on providing effective therapeutic support to individuals and families facing a broad range of challenges, with particular emphasis on those navigating divorce and relationship difficulties. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, and families who require specialized counseling aimed at fostering healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
