Client Experience Specialist

Overview We are looking for a Remote Client Experience Specialist in the Miami area to support clients throughout the travel planning process. This role involves assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning experience. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
