INTL - Zip Intake Management Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance the Zip Intake Management platform used for procurement request orchestration. The consultant will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and Security teams to manage the intake workflows, configure the platform, and ensure seamless integrations with enterprise systems. This role requires both functional knowledge of procurement processes and technical experience configuring workflow automation and integrations. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Support the Zip Intake Management platform for procurement request workflows. Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements. Configure intake forms and workflows to support procurement processes. Improve procurement intake automation and approval routing. Support request types such as: Supplier onboarding, purchase requests, contract requests, security reviews, IT approvals Conduct UAT testing and system validation. Create documentation and user training materials. Technical Responsibilities Configure Zip workflows, forms, and approval routing. Maintain request orchestration and routing rules. Support integrations with enterprise systems such as: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Salesforce Support API integrations and automation flows. Monitor and troubleshoot integration and workflow issues. Support data synchronization between Zip and downstream systems. Maintain reports and dashboards. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience Functional Skills Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes. Experience supporting procurement intake or orchestration platforms. Ability to translate business requirements into workflow configurations. Technical Skills Experience configuring Zip intake forms and workflows. Knowledge of: Workflow automation, Approval routing, API integrations, SaaS configuration Experience working with ERP and procurement systems Experience integrating Zip with: SAP S/4HANA, OneTrust, Ariba, ServiceNow Knowledge of supplier onboarding and procurement compliance processes. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
