Compensation and Benefits $238,800 Annual base salary 8 weeks PTO $10,400 Seniority Premium - 10+ years of experience $16,667 Commencement Bonus $16,667 Annual Retention Bonus $3,000 Education Stipend Full Time, Part-time and Per Diem Opportunities Available Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice 401(k) | Flexible Spending Accounts Practice Environment Anesthesia Supervision model >40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations 5 facilities: 30-minute commute time between all locations Methodist University Hospital Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Methodist North Hospital Methodist South Hospital Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc. CRNAs practice to their full scope of practice and can perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines >40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI) Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s Qualifications Active state license | DEA | State CDS Board certification required.
