Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.69/hr
Location : Madison, IN
Office Admin Assistant Requirements/Qualifications

Prior office experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Office Admin Assistant Role
As an Office Admin Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

Perform general office and administrative duties.
Use Microsoft Excel and other computer systems to maintain information.
Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
Organize documents and office information.
Communicate with team members and assist with daily office operations.
Maintain an organized and professional work area.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
