Position Summary We are looking for an experienced IV Nurse or LVN who loves hands‑on patient care in a functional and regenerative medicine practice. You will play a key role in administering IV therapies, supporting our lifestyle coaching programs, weight‑loss peptide injections and protocols, our SOT, exosomes, and IV drips, while helping our patients feel at home and perform their best—all in a real, personal, calm, wellness-focused clinic environment. You’ll receive specialized training and mentorship in advanced IV nutrition, detoxification, peptides, regenerative therapies, and longevity optimization. Key Responsibilities Prepare, initiate, and safely manage IV nutrient and detoxification therapies in a patient‑centered manner. Administer peptides, regenerative protocols, and related therapies as directed. Support medical weight loss, hormone, and longevity programs through patient education and follow‑up. Assist the clinical team in preparing treatments, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with all clinic protocols. Do patient intakes and monitor their comfort and safety throughout treatments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR system. Provide compassionate, supportive patient care with a focus on client experience and excellence. Collaborate with the clinical and wellness team (NPs, PAs, acupuncturists, functional medicine providers, and support staff). Required Qualifications Current Nurse or LVN license in the State of Texas, in good standing. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (IV therapy, acute care, ER, infusion, or wellness clinic preferred). Proficiency and confidence in venipuncture/IV starts . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered mindset. Interest in functional, regenerative, integrative, and/or longevity medicine —and eagerness to learn these disciplines further. Must be detail‑oriented and accountable with strong teamwork skills. Strongly Preferred Prior experience with IV nutrient therapies , hormone , or peptide protocols . Interest or experience in detoxification , gut health , longevity optimization , or regenerative therapies . Comfort working in a wellness, private-pay environment.
