Leasing Consultant

Description Parkside Place Apartments is looking for an energetic Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. Essential Functions: Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have reliable transportation Previous leasing or property management experience required Saturday availability required Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
