Change Management Analyst

Maximus is seeking a Sr Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to lead and support change management consulting for medium‑to‑long‑term Child Support modernization projects. You will help client organizations prepare for and sustain changes in new systems, processes, and operating models, collaborating with leaders, project teams, and technical resources.
