A large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a business/corporate attorney for its Charleston, SC office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years of experience primarily in corporate transactions and general corporate practice.
- Experience drafting and negotiating corporate documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Academic excellence.
- Licensed in SC.
QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS WILL BE CONTACTED FOR ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS
