Acquisitions Manager (Real Estate Closer)

Oasis Home Buyers is looking for a high-performing Acquisitions Manager to join our growing sales team. This is not a traditional real estate agent position, and it is not a cold-calling role. We invest heavily in TV, radio, digital advertising, and other marketing channels to generate warm inbound leads from homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. Your job is to take those opportunities from initial conversation to signed purchase agreement. We're looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, competitive, quick-thinking, highly emotionally intelligent, and comfortable taking ownership of a sales conversation. You'll speak with homeowners facing a wide range of circumstances and determine whether Oasis can provide the right solution. The best person for this role knows how to build trust quickly, uncover the real motivation behind a sale, navigate objections, negotiate effectively, and confidently ask for the business. What You'll Do Acquisitions Manager (Real Estate Closer) Manage warm inbound seller leads from initial contact through signed contract Conduct high-level consultative sales conversations with homeowners Identify seller motivation, property condition, timeline, decision-makers, and financial expectations Build rapport and establish trust quickly Evaluate real estate opportunities and determine appropriate offer strategies Present and negotiate cash purchase offers Navigate objections and difficult conversations Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective sellers Manage your pipeline and opportunities inside our CRM Maintain accurate documentation and detailed notes on every opportunity Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue KPIs Participate in daily sales huddles, training, role-play, coaching, and call reviews Work collaboratively with our transaction and dispositions teams after contracts are signed What We're Looking For Acquisitions Manager (Real Estate Closer) We're interested in proven closers. Real estate experience is helpful, but strong sales ability is more important than industry experience. Compensation Expected annual earnings: $82,000–$226,000+ Compensation includes performance-based earning opportunities designed to reward strong sales production.
