We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Associate to help support daily sales activity and provide a high level of service to customers. This role involves assisting with product questions, helping customers navigate available options, and providing general support throughout the buying process.

The Sales Associate will also help keep customer information organized, coordinate with other team members, and ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is approachable, attentive, and comfortable working in an active environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and determine the type of assistance they need.
• Answer questions regarding products, services, availability, and current options.
• Help customers compare features and understand differences between available selections.
• Provide recommendations based on stated customer preferences and requirements.
• Assist with product demonstrations and explanations when appropriate.
• Support customers as they move through the purchasing process.
• Handle general inquiries and direct more complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Keep product and service information readily available for customer conversations.
• Follow up on outstanding questions, requests, or product information.
• Record relevant customer details and maintain accurate information within company systems.
• Assist with preparing customer materials, product information, and related documentation.
• Help maintain organized product areas, informational materials, and customer resources.
• Communicate product availability and customer requests to other team members.
• Monitor frequently asked questions and share useful customer feedback with the team.
• Assist with routine sales documentation and administrative responsibilities.
• Review new product information and updates as they become available.
• Work with colleagues to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
• Complete other sales support and customer service duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with customers is preferred but not required.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, helpful, and attentive approach to customer service.
• Ability to listen carefully and understand what a customer is looking for.
• Comfortable explaining information and answering questions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities during busy periods.
• Reliable follow-through on customer requests and assigned tasks.
• Comfortable learning new products, services, and internal procedures.
• Ability to use basic computer programs and customer information systems.
