Quality Technician
Caterpillar Financial Service Corp
Caterpillar is seeking a Quality Technician (CQMS) in Waco, TX to drive quality excellence on the floor. You will develop procedures, perform audits, and lead root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational performance. The role reports to a supervisor, requires at least one year in a quality-related role, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and a strong eye for detail.
