Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Technician to join our Harley-Davidson team! We offer competitive pay with monthly bonuses!!
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
- Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components.
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Examine assigned motorcycle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid license with motorcycle endorsement.
- Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience.
- MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
- Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all HD motorcycles.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
