BODYBAR Pilates is a fitness boutique franchise that teaches Pilates using the BODYBAR Method in multiple locations across the United States. We focus on bringing a spirit of cheer to everything we do while setting the industry standard in the way we deliver our classes. We are always looking for dedicated, positive individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and community to join our team!
The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through exceptional sales and customer service. This is a part-time position requiring weekend and weekday early mornings availability. The SA reports directly to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities
- Implement the studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversion
- Carry out member retention tasks and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve daily and weekly tasks, bookings, and sales quotas
- Participate in community events to promote the studio and brand
- Log and manage member bookings and communications
- Create a welcoming and connected studio environment through genuine engagement with members before and after class
Qualifications
- Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
- Sales experience within fitness
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
- Proficient with computers and studio management software
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Weekend and early morning weekday availability required
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
