Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Nursing

SCHEDULE: Nights, 12 hours

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 8 weeks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- Experience in delivering patient care in a hospital setting
- Ability to work with patients of all ages

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients during assigned shifts.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in accordance with the medical plan and patient input.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding care issues and discharge planning.
- Delegate specific nursing tasks to qualified staff based on their competencies and legal scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
