Help students reach their full communication potential as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment near Roseville, CA! This full-time, on-site position welcomes experienced pediatric SLPs or clinical fellows interested in making a difference through travel assignments. You’ll collaborate with an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team to support the language, articulation, and social communication needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state of California SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligibility
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to students individually and in groups
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school teams to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay informed on best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
