Ōnin Staffing in Albuquerque is looking for a Recruiter who is ready to hustle, serve others well, and help connect great people with great opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, positive, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to people, and make things happen.

As a Recruiter, you will help support our branch by finding, screening, and placing qualified teammates with our clients. You will be part of a fast-paced office where every day is different and every placement matters. Responsibilities include:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for open positions
• Build strong relationships with applicants, teammates, and clients
• Make outbound calls, follow up quickly, and keep candidates engaged
• Match candidates to the right jobs based on skills, experience, and availability
• Post jobs and help source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate notes and records in our system
• Support teammates through the hiring and assignment process
• Work closely with the branch team to meet hiring goals
• Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude every day

We need someone who is:

• Smart : emotionally intelligent, organized, and able to communicate well with all types of people

Qualifications:

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, job boards, email, and basic office systems
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
