What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager at Red Carpet Liquors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
• Leading by example to provide outstanding customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and motivating team members to perform their best.
• Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
