Bilingual Customer Service Analyst - Payments & Policies

Auxis

Auxis is seeking a Customer Service Analyst in Colorado to join their team. In this role, you will assist thousands of customers in managing their policies, handling inquiries, and resolving service issues. Key responsibilities include processing payments, answering calls, and maintaining customer records. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
