Warehouse Team Lead

This company is a third party distributor for major brands and offers a collaborative workplace focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will support the Supervisor by coordinating daily activities, leading team members, and helping ensure production goals are met.

Warehouse Team Lead Duties
- Lead daily warehouse and manufacturing operations to support production goals
- Delegate work assignments and monitor team productivity
- Complete operational reports and communicate updates to leadership
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pay
$21.50 per hour
- Overtime opportunities available
Warehouse Team Lead Requirements
- 1+ year of team lead, production lead, or warehouse leadership experience
- Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using SAP and WMS systems
- Ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
