Paid parental leavementorship program Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims. Conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct depositions to gather evidence and information relevant to cases. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective management of cases. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguing cases effectively. Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations and their impact on clients. Work diligently to meet case deadlines and client expectations. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Admission to the Tennessee state bar. Extensive experience in conducting depositions. Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
