Job Description:

• Full Time

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

• Seeing 6-7 home health patients/day within assigned territory (requires drivers' license, reliable vehicle/transportation and willingness to travel between patient homes)

• Valid MI CNA registration required

What is Required?

• CNA License in the State you are applying
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties
