Data Visualization Analyst

Possess a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years experience in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or another similar degree. Demonstrate strong knowledge of data visualization principles, data administration, and information management, with 2-4 years of experience working in these fields. Experienced in utilizing and integrating data from various health and military-relevant systems, with the capability to learn and use: ASIMS, DOEHRS (All Modules), CarePoint, C2IMERA, MHS GENESIS, AFDRSi, ESSENCE, AFSAS, DHASAS, and HPWS. Possess expert-level skills in data preparation, including handling diverse and complex datasets, and preparing them for visualization using methods that may include optimization, modeling, and machine learning techniques. Able to utilize data visualization tools to create decision support systems, such as interactive dashboards, Head-Up Displays, and other visual tools to support command decisions. Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Envision), data analytical software (SAS), and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferred. Be current in Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training or be able to complete the training within one month of employment to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing the use of personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI). Possess the expertise to communicate complex technical and programmatic information to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders through authoritative reports, documents, and presentations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
