What you will do Design and implement the end-to-end matchmaking and ranking architecture that powers the voice-first user experience. Scale production systems from early-stage San Francisco beta to millions of global users while maintaining high-quality personalization. Lead and grow a small technical team as the company expands its engineering footprint following its recent seed round. The ideal candidate Proven track record building and scaling user-facing recommendation or matching algorithms at a high-growth consumer company (e.g., Tinder, Instagram, Spotify). Early-stage veteran who has joined a startup during its 0→1 phase and stayed to see their systems reach significant production scale.
