Home of Guiding Hands in San Diego & East County SD is seeking a Life Skills Coach / Community Support Professional to work part-time in the community. You will help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build daily living skills and confidence to live more independently. This hands-on role is community-based: you’ll coach individuals in their homes and in community settings, teach budgeting, meal planning, appointments, and personal safety while supporting ISP goals and #J-18808-Ljbffr Home of Guiding Hands
