What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and home care Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning Utilize modern dental technology and evidence‑based clinical practices Create a comfortable, positive experience that keeps patients returning What We’re Looking For Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license Passion for patient education and preventive care Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A team‑oriented mindset and positive attitude New graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule Monday 8-5, Tuesday 7-4:30, Wednesday/Thursday 7-4, Friday 7-12 Compensation $47 - $55 plus $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
