Procurement Analyst

Review Statements of Work Create Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information Obtain proposals/quotations Select qualified suppliers and perform due diligence Negotiate supplier price, schedules and terms & conditions Manage post-award activities and delivery assurance Interact significantly with suppliers in collaboration with business and program teams Coordinate with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and resolve issues Manage procurement from sourcing through payment across materials, services, components, hardware, technical services and facilities services Support RTX business units and corporate entities through enterprise procurement shared services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field 1+ years of experience in purchase order management including documentation Experience using SAP procurement software 1+ years of experience in supplier relationship management U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Experience with Government contracts, processes and procedures Negotiation skills (internal, across the businesses; external with suppliers) Experience with automation tools Leadership skills - influence, presence, ability to interface internally and with suppliers Demonstrated knowledge of the integrated supply chain, including strategic procurement Ability to effectively interface with senior management on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives Ability to develop peer relationships with senior executives, cross functional teams, customers, and program manager Work instructions are available in English only Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in procurement management, including supplier relationship management, negotiation, and compliance with government contracts. Proficient in using SAP procurement software and capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management.
