Senior Helpers Caregiver Position

Senior Helpers is seeking caregivers (HHA or CNA) needed for full time or part time hours to provide personal, non-medical care for clients in their homes in Palm Coast, Florida. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN PALM COAST.

Job Description

To provide personal care to clients in their homes

• Personal, non-medical care, such as assistance with bathing, toileting, eating, dressing and transferring
• Companionship (playing games, talking, going for walks with clients)
• Light housekeeping, including some laundry
• Transportation using client's vehicle or personal vehicle
• Meal planning and preparation
• Assisting with Activities of Daily (ADL's)
• Medication reminders

What is Needed to Work at Senior Helpers:

• CNA license, and/or professional experience providing Personal Care services
• Valid drivers license or government-issued photo ID
• Active CPR certification from an in-person, hands-on CPR training course (not online only) that meets American Heart Association standards
• Clear Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Information about the Level 2 background screen can be found here: Clearinghouse Education and Awareness
• Must be at least 18 years of age
