What you will do: Model exceptional hospitality and be a master of our menu by maintaining extensive product knowledge (including allergen information), and assist with order fulfillment.You will lead team members on providing excellent hospitality to both our guests and team.Ensuring that every guest is welcomed with a our standard greeting and the GUEST CONNECT 5You will help maintain the work flow of the bakery production and step in to support the team as challenges arise in the front of house and back of house.You help set the tone and culture for the team on shift with a can do will do attitude.Support bakery management with administrative and inventory tasks.Work efficiently and accurately while ensuring all Department of Health food and safety standards are met.Willing to complete all check list duties and ensure all opening and closing duties have been completed properly.Do a walkthrough before and after your shift to stay up to date with daily happenings in the Bakery.Consult with Management when a problem arises to find a suitable solution as well as pass an issue on to Management when needed.Assist with baking and rolling doughAssist with frosting cookiesHelp in all areas of the Bakery whenever needed; FOH, BOH, and Dishes. What we’re looking for: At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, and/or food and beverage experience requiredFood Handler’s Certificate is a PlusPassion for what you do –you love motivating and leading a team and thrive in fast-paced environmentsAdaptability and flexibility – you recognize that in the food industry, anything can – and will – happen and you’re able to calmly troubleshoot issuesEye for detail – you are committed to keeping brand qualities and standards.Collaborative spirit and commitment to the Batch & Box core values – you’re a team player and willing to lend a hand or elevate those around you.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.Must be able to work at least a 6 hour shift.
