Quick Facts: Location: Morgantown, WV Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: 04/01/2027 Shift: Clinic plus call coverage (Night shift 5x8-hour shifts) Hours/Week: Flexible based on schedule needs Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: Board Certification in Gastroenterology (required), State License (willing to license), DEA, BLS, ACLS Experience: Minimum 2+ years preferred in advanced GI procedures, ERCP & EUS experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $487.50/hr Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit Benefits: Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure and certification reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Provide specialized gastroenterology care at a Level IV trauma center Perform advanced procedures including ERCP & EUS Manage patient consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans Support staff during clinic and emergency call shifts Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Document patient interactions using Cerner EMR system Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and procedural excellence What You Need: Board Certified in Gastroenterology Valid WV medical license or license willing to be obtained (IMLC candidates considered) DEA registration BLS and ACLS certifications 2+ years of GI practice experience, including advanced GI procedures Strong procedural skills, excellent communication, and team orientation About the Assignment: This assignment is based at a leading facility in Morgantown, WV, a vibrant community with a supportive healthcare team and a mix of outpatient clinic and hospital-based procedures.
