We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and maintaining CNC programs for a variety of aerospace parts. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with Mastercam and a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Responsibilities include developing and maintaining CNC programs for a variety of aerospace parts, using Mastercam to create and modify programs, interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, applying knowledge of GD&T to ensure that parts meet specifications, troubleshooting and resolving machining problems, working with machinists to optimize programs for efficiency and quality, and staying up-to-date on the latest CNC programming techniques. Requirements include at least five years of experience with Mastercam, strong understanding of GD&T, experience with aerospace machining, ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
