ResponsibilitiesProvides technical leadership for major IT field support services in classified settings, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectivesDirects and controls all field support activities providing 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration at FCSupports DRSN ATO maintenanceProvides on-site DRSN support to external locations as requiredQualificationsBachelor's with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience6 years experience in IT supportSecurity+ certification and DRSN experiencePossesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systemsDemonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategiesPossesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locationsExhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service deliveryClearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnacePreferred Skills and ExperiencePosted Salary RangeUSD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
