Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the telemetry unit. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs and telemetry readings. The RN will assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care is essential. Effective communication skills are required to interact with patients and families. The RN will maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations is important in this fast-paced environment. Candidates should be committed to delivering high-quality healthcare.
