Institutional Trader / Sales & Trading Analyst Flow Traders is looking for an Institutional Trader to join our Institutional Trading team in New York. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who thrives in a results‑oriented environment. They will work closely with our trading desks to assist in trade pricing and execution as well as with our risk, trade settlements, and compliance teams. What You Will Do Assist in day‑to‑day execution and sales trading responsibilities Support the institutional offering and act as the intermediary between our clients and internal departments, including trading, trade settlements, risk and compliance Manage pre‑and post‑trade processes Manage internal and external reporting What You Need To Succeed No experience required Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably finance, economics, and business Trading and markets knowledge Detail‑oriented and problem solving Ability to analyze and solve complex scenarios Ability to work in a team environment Proven analytical skills Excellent communication skills SQL/Python a plus Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $125,000 to $150,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
