Parts Assembler Production Assemblers – 2 Positions Available
Location: Macedonia
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm; Overtime up to 5pm as needed
Entry-level Pay: $16/hour
Experienced Pay: $18–$20/hour (with soldering/crimping experience)Purpose & Principal Accountabilities

• Assemble products to drawing and quality requirements
• Verify cable/wire and parts against work order, bill of material, and drawings
• Read/build work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths
• Build assemblies per drawing/quality specs
• Test first-piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity
• Make visual inspections on crimps and solders
• Ensure build times conform to standards and order due dates

Skills, Experience & RequirementsAssembler I

• 1–2 years minimum assembly/warehouse experience
• Soldering and crimping of terminals, lugs, and ferrules
• Good communication & math skills
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and instructions
• Works well in a team environment
• Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Assembler II

• 3–5 years minimum assembly/warehouse experience
• 2+ years soldering/crimping of terminals, lugs, and ferrules
• Good communication & math skills
• Experience closing assembly connectors
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and instructions
• Works well in a team environment
• Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Applicants must pass an onsite soldering test during the interview process.
