Job Summary

At Kids Teeth, we are a privately owned pediatric dental practice dedicated to delivering a positive, low-stress experience for children and families, while maintaining a highly organized and efficient environment for our team.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to support both front office operations and daily practice flow. This is a key role in the success of the practice and goes beyond traditional reception duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Manage and help optimize the daily patient schedule to support efficient clinical flow
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phone systems with accuracy and urgency
• Register patients, verify/update insurance, and troubleshoot coverage issues as needed
• Assist with schedule adjustments, cancellations, and last-minute changes to maintain productivity
• Support communication between clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide a welcoming, team-oriented experience for every child and family

What Were Looking For

• Dental or medical office experience preferred (strongly preferred for this role)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using computers and dental software
• A proactive team player who takes ownership of daily responsibilities
• Willingness to work across both Mt. Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466)

Schedule

Patient hours are listed below. Team members are expected to arrive prior to patient hours and stay until daily responsibilities are completed.

• MondayThursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Two late evenings per month (1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 1:007:00 PM during the school year)
• Friday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (every other Friday off)
• No weekends
