Join our team as a Licensed Insurance Producer and embark on a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client consultation, and policy management while utilizing industry-specific software tools. Responsibilities

• Complete a pre-licensing course and certification for Property & Casualty insurance
• Support lead generation by contacting and qualifying prospects and scheduling discovery calls
• Manage leads and client information using CRM and agency management systems
• Observe and assist in the sales process to understand client needs and insurance solutions
• After licensure, independently manage a sales pipeline and execute insurance policy sales
• Advise clients on Home, Auto, and Commercial insurance options
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and build a sustainable book of business
• Provide exceptional customer support to foster long-term client relationships

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current knowledge of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products
• Strong sales techniques and customer service skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
