Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Fort Lauderdale, FL Competitive Salary Based on Experience Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations on an assigned unit while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is organized, compassionate, and committed to maintaining excellence in patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations for the assigned nursing unit Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive leadership and team environment Why Join Our Team?
