Sarah Jones Ford is seeking a full-time Ford Parts Manager to lead our growing parts operation in beautiful Northern Michigan.

Compensation: Starting at $60,000+ annually, based on experience, with additional earning potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

✅ Previous Dealership Parts Manager experience required

✅ Ford dealership experience is a huge plus

✅ Strong inventory management and organizational skills

✅ Ability to lead and develop a parts team

✅ Experience working closely with service operations

✅ Understanding of parts profitability, obsolescence management, and inventory controls

We need someone who knows how to run a busy parts department, maintain accurate inventory, support technicians and service advisors, maximize department profitability, and provide outstanding customer service.
