Motus Marketing is a growing sales and direct marketing firm based in Albuquerque. We partner with major retail locations to represent national brands through in-store events, customer engagement, and face-to-face sales. We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Brand Representatives who want to build professional experience and develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and business development.

No previous sales or management experience is required. We provide hands-on training and coaching from day one, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Represent national brands inside partnered retail locations
• Connect with customers and create positive experiences
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and available offers
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
• Support and train new team members as you advance
• Take on additional leadership and business responsibilities based on performance
