This role combines leadership, organization, and hands-on involvement in daily restaurant functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with hiring, training, developing, coaching, and disciplining team membersSupervise and direct daily employee work and performanceEnsure consistent achievement of food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standardsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall unit organizationInteract with guests to ensure positive dining experiencesWork in various restaurant positions as neededMonitor inventory levels and order suppliesRecord and track sales, payroll, expenses, and other financial dataPrepare and deliver cash depositsAssist with creating and managing the unit budgetSupport local marketing initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and food safety regulationsQualificationsStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesOrganized, dependable, and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills for reporting and recordkeepingValid driver's licenseAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsSchedule Expectations:Approximately 30-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.Experience & EducationHigh School Diploma preferred Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role preferredTraining & GrowthComprehensive, hands-on training will be provided on our systems and procedures.
